my point is to engourage the syf team to remember that we are putting in effort for ourselves and for our juniors, who we will represent and i am sure we all hope to leave a legacy behind. exactly like the previous batches of snrs who have left a legacy behind for us.
also, i wish to remind the non-syf team that you may be excluded physically from syf but i can sense the support and encouragement from all of you. i know that it is heartfelt and we are very thankful for the support that you guys are giving us. bear in mind that you have to continue to work hard (as hard as everyone else) because you guys still have year(s) in nyco and your hard work will eventually pay off.

#02 - report for dazu on saturday at M4 by 8.30 am. because we will be dui-ing yin at 8.50 am. BEFORE DAZUok ;)
#03 - try to attend as MANY morning/ lunch practices as possible. if u are planning to eat after school, and there is cca, i would rather you eat during recess/lunch. so i can excuse you from the practices too, instead of official cca.
You all heard what Mrs Ee, the laoshis and Queenie said right >< So we must all jiayou! We MUST get that GWH and we won't lose it because we never prac enough:D
We are all busy, but lets squeeze out more time for prac! Maybe we can try to come for more of lunch and morning pracs since without xiaozu, they are the only times we can he2 together and dui yin etc. Qudis! Must jiayou on liulianyin! Have to find more time to he2 with bangdi so we won't get confused by the melody.
Maybe we can find time to take the zongpu and analyse the pieces. I think it will help us understand the piece and we can work on the details like shape and phrasing. Want to come earlier on Sat, grab and zongpu and stare at beansprouts together?:D We can imitate Li Xian. Since we're all short of time and Mrs Ee doesn't really have time to spoonfeed us everything :/
I think we all have been focusing too much on chun (correct me if I'm wrong:/) since it's the more difficult piece and all. I think we should spend more time on chan ge also! You all could hear how horrible it was during dazu right >< ok I don't count myself outside this number. My D diao went crazy and my qi went crazy too:/
Actually if you really look at it chan ge is as interesting as chun, just that the melody is not so nice and stuff. It has many deep stuff waiting for us to discover! Lets do research on the background of the piece ok(: It'll help us understand! I tried before, for some piano pieces, and it really worked(: Gives you a clearer gauge on the expressions and emotions present.
Ok back to the topic. We have to jiayou and lian more! Sometimes we need to tweak our practise method a bit. For example you can invent your own technical exercises(: Example, for liu lian yin you can do once every beat, then increase to twice every beat, then san lian yin and then liu lian yin(:
JIAYOU DIZIONS! GWH!!!:D This whole thing is just a hide-and-seek game. If you don't look hard enough and try hard enough it will remain hidden and not come to you at all!:D

Make a schedule. Best is to prac for a fixed time everyday and no excuses for not prac-ing. Then your skills will improve!

Some solo pieces depict very "deep" stuff. A good soloist must have knowledge in other stuff other than dizi such as opera and poetry, or else they would not be able to understand the "deeper" solo pieces, such as 《琅琊神韵》. Go listen la, I tried, and I can't understand at all :/
